Located along the front range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, our Ends Statement (or Vision) broadly describes the Institute’s strategic direction:

To the extent of its resources Leading-Edge Research Institute advances global peace through international development based on cooperation theory to benefit all nations and all peoples.

To achieve this strategic direction the Institute’s mission involves scientific analysis to advance international development through actionable improvements in security and prosperity conditions. Specific objectives include:

1) scientifically deriving American private sector business opportunities to advance international development that is more likely to succeed; and

2) conducting capacity-building workshops.

The Institute seeks independence in advancing solutions that are not bounded by political or cultural factors. The Institute’s analytical capability is scalable such that analysis can range from global to local environments or from an entire system to one of its more fundamental components.
